Becoming a Ministry Department

Upon acceptance with A.C.T. Intl, your ministry efforts become a Ministry Department or Ministry Project of A.C.T. Intl. You become a Staff Minister or Missionary of A.C.T. Intl.  Therefore the Application process seeks to verify a candidate’s:

Step 1 - Ministry Staff Candidate Application

Please review the following documents to give you an understanding of the responsibilities of an A.C.T. Intl Staff Member.

Please print, complete, and return the following documents to apply.

  • Ministry Candidate Application
  • Spouse/Ministry Team Application - To be completed by spouse if also considering Ministry Staff status or other individuals who will be a part of your Ministry Department
  • Pastor’s Reference - give this to a Pastor in your home church
  • Divorce/Separation History - being divorced does not automatically exempt you from staff status with A.C.T Intl.  Our desire is to understand the circumstances of your marital history so that we can wholeheartedly affirm your ministry status.  The following 2 documents are required from all applicants who have been divorced even if you are currently remarried.

Step 2 - Ministry Staff Candidate Orientation

The Prospective Ministry Candidate Orientation is required of anyone desiring to become a ministry department or project of A.C.T. Intl.

It is also an excellent workshop for anyone exploring how to use their creative gifts for Kingdom service regardless of their future affiliation with A.C.T. Intl

Step 3 - Ministry Staff Invitation

Once a prospective candidate completes the Application and attends an Orientation, if it is determined that A.C.T. Intl is a good fit for their calling and gifts, an invitation will be offered to become an A.C.T. Intl Ministry Department.

If the invitation is accepted, a Ministry Staff Agreement must be completed.  In this document the Staff Member affirms their agreement to the mission, beliefs, policies, and standards of A.C.T. Intl.

Step 4 - Ministry Department Set-up

Upon acceptance as a Ministry Department, a Coach will be assigned to the new staff member to walk them through a 6-session process to help them get their Department set-up and started.

Fees associated with your Department Set-up

  • Set-up Fee  $100 payable immediately upon acceptance of invitation
  • Department Coach Fee  $200.00 - 10% of all revenue received in the new department (in addition to the 10% administration assessment) will be transferred to the coach’s ministry fund until $200.00 is paid in full
