ACT International is an interdenominational Christian organization. Our work is grounded in the historic, orthodox Christian faith — rooted in Scripture and expressed through every ministry we support.

DOCTRINE AND BELIEFS

The Foundations of our Faith

  • We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative written Word of God.

  • We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and personal return in power and glory.

  • We believe that for the salvation of the lost, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ alone is essential.

  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit — by His indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

  • We believe in the resurrection of the dead — the saved receive eternal life, and the lost are condemned to eternal damnation.

    Absolute moral truth exists and is revealed through Scripture.

    Salvation cannot be earned, it is received by grace through faith.
